I have been a resident of Brownstone Apartments for nearly a year and I would like to thank Mike (Maintenance Supervisor) for his knowledgeable and reliable service. Mike is always quick to respond to any maintenance request and he does the job safely and efficiently. Whether it's a simple repair or a complex maintenance issue, he always goes the extra-mile to ensure the work performed was to my comfort level and satisfaction. Mike is friendly, courteous, and he always makes time to listen and to offer his help. Thanks again Mike and keep up the good work!

I absolutely love it here at Brownstone Apartments! It’s quiet and the floor plans feel modern and spacious. The view from our balcony is gorgeous. Our leasing agent, Geneva , is so friendly and is always available. If she doesn’t answer the phone right away she always calls you back even if you don’t leave a message to make sure everything is ok. As an added touch, she keeps the office stocked with beverages and snacks. The park next door is perfect for walking my little dog. The maintenance staff is also amazing and they respond quickly to requests. Mike ( head of maintenance ) always says hi to us in passing and takes a few minutes to catch up and see how things are going. The village next door is also really nice for quick walks to coffee, shop and restaurants. I can’t say enough about our new home here at Brownstone Apartments except run don’t walk!

Geneva is absolutely amazing, she sold me on the property with her welcoming personality. Truly recommend. My only issue is the manager, she seems bothered by people, very dry personality when we were renting our apartment. Did not give less stars because of Geneva.

From move in to move out, my experience at Brownstone was nothing short of superb. The apartments are well laid-out with nice finishes and are well insulated so noise heard from outside/other units was very minimal. Location was optimal with many things within walking distance of the complex. Common areas such as the pool and club house were always kept pristine. Ample parking around the complex if you don't mind a short walk. All maintenance requests were taken care of within 24 hours. Only reason I left was due to a military move. Otherwise, I'd renew a third or fourth time. HUGEEEEE shoutout to Geneva in the leasing office. She definitely takes the time to know the residents and ensures they are happy. Any little issues I had, she'd promptly take care of them and update me along the way. Truly one of a kind and very passionate about her job. Thank you, Geneva!

It's a very quiet community, very clean and the residents actually pick up after their pets. A city park is near by if you like to go on walks, Plus the restaurants are all within walking distance too.The office staff Geneva is always very friend and professional.

We absolutely love living here! Brandy and Geneva in the front office are always friendly and truly passionate about getting to know the residents. They always have refreshments available in the office and even have treats for our dog! Robert is both kind and efficient, two qualities that are beyond wonderful for maintenance staff. The entire property is always clean and it’s so nice being across the street from the park. Our individual apartment unit is always quiet. We will not be moving anytime soon!

I’ve lived here since March 22. I can say that the maintenance issues here are resolved asap thanks to Robert, the awesome maintenance guy.. might I add, he is the one and only maintenance person here, so to get things fixed in a timely manner you would think would be quite the challenge, but he’s on it. I’ve been without hot water on 3 separate occasions, and all times he has arrived within 2 hours or less, and fixed it. 5 stars for Robert!

Maintenance pro Mike, very perfessional also friendly, very quick with responding along with maintaining the integrity of his work, took his time to double check that every thing was working properly and correctly . And the management there are so friendly always involved and informative with any events or strange activities if any to keep us updated. This place is wonderful. I have 2 kids and a dog, which led me to want to find a safe and quiet area to live in when I moved to Nevada. This place checked every box I had. From the friendly office to the relaxing atmosphere surrounding these apartments, I genuinely feel there isn’t a better place to choose to live. Considering I looked at no less than 15 options ranging from Summerlin to Aliante to Centennial Hills, I hope this says something. Anyone placing a review under 5 stars most likely isn’t taking advantage of the opportunity to live in such a beautiful spot in Nevada. Maybe they aren’t paying rent on time, maybe they don’t want a quiet area with delicious pizza 40 steps away. Who knows? I hope whoever sees this review understands the community here is what you want, but also most likely what your family needs. If you don’t believe me, give it a tour. I did, now here I am, posting a review to try and help anyone else who might be in the situation I was in.

Shout out to front office team member Geneva, she is by far the best! She treats you like family and made our move in process smooth when relocating from out of state. I enjoy the location of the community, it’s walking distance to coffee shop, food, and the grocery stores like sprouts and Albertsons. If your stationed at Creech AFB this is definitely the place to be. Thank you Brownstone for making our time with you the best.

My wife and I were one of the first residents that move here to Brownstone and we have absolutely loved it! We have everything within walking distance from grocery stores, dry cleaner, coffee shop, also a hair salon for my wife to walk to when she wants to. Brownstone is a very pet friendly community if you love your dog like we do our Alexis, you will enjoy the park which is right outs your front door. We moved from out of state and the whole process was definitely easy. We haven't had any issue besides the normal stuff in a brand new apartment but every time we’ve had an issue it was taken care of swiftly by Vince. Regarding the office staff, Crystal the manager is very nice and we enjoy our conversations at resident events. But Let me tell about about my girl Geneva she is our go to for everything since we moved in over a year ago. She is so sweet and a caring person and always goes above and beyond for us. she will take care of all your needs when your looking for a new place to call home.

The community is super safe, kid friendly, quiet, and a great space to walk around for fresh air with many place within arms reach nearby from food places/restaurants, fine entertainment to grocery stores, cleaners and retail stores. This complex is amazing! I've never had any issues with the staff, facilities, or other residents. The pool is beautiful, the facilities are clean, there's a park nearby and the cutest spots for food. This complex is in an amazing quiet area with Sprouts, Albertsons, and local restaurants that are completely walkable. My sole complaint about this complex is that it has difficult parking, you are able to pay monthly for a garage but that's personally not something I'm not willing to pay for. There are no elevators so you do have to climb stairs but that's such a minute thing to complain about for myself personally. Otherwise if you're looking to rent out this place I think it's a solid option!
