I have lived here for months now and I love everything about it. My apartment, my view, the park, the sweet shops and restaurants that I can walk to and meet friends at... I do not know of another place like this.

Resided here for almost three years and decided to rent for my first address in Las Vegas. The area is nice for its school zones and nearby shopping. The community is in close proximity to local restaurants and shops, which are popular. The office management and maintenance are amazing and never had any issues with anything. Anytime I had a request and needed questions answered, they were there promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in centennial hills.

Portola at Centennial Hills is by far the best home I’ve ever lived in. The clean, cozy & modern layout from inside out is just right. It’s the only safe area in Vegas that is walkable, and having a beautiful park in the heart of the complex is priceless. Having so many restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops close by makes me feel like I live in a small town in the best way possible. The gym is the best i’ve lived with, and being the cleanest including the pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and I love that it’s a smoke-free property (and management does a great job maintaining that). The property team always do what they can to make improvements to the complex. As long as Dawn is the property manager, I will keep renewing my lease. I’ve lived here for over a year now, and Dawn has taken care of me and made my experience living here extremely comfortable and easy going. My cats and I truly love living here and will continue to.

I already knew about this place from a close friend who lives here and moving here was the BEST decision ever. Thank you Karime for all your help.
