APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Las Vegas

I’ve really enjoyed living at Portola. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they actually put effort into creating a sense of community instead of it just feeling like another apartment complex. The location is also hard to beat, having groceries, restaurants, coffee, and everyday necessities within walking distance makes life so much easier. Everyone in the office has been great to interact with, and I have to casually mention that the assistant manager, Karime, is uncommonly beautiful and somehow manages to smile with her whole heart every time you see her. Great staff, great location, and a community that genuinely feels welcoming. I’m very happy I chose Portola.

The maintenance man Pierre has been a true pleasure in making sure my apartment inquiries are always being taken care of properly, as well as punctually. He’s always very respectful when servicing whatever I need done. He deserves a true 5 star rating.

I love this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Portola at Centennial Hills is an outstanding community, and Karime plays a big part in that experience. She has consistently helped me in a timely manner with every concern I’ve had. Whether it was assisting with the setup of my Ring doorbell, coordinating insect treatment, or addressing noise during quiet hours, she has always been responsive, professional, and followed through until the issue was resolved. There has been a noticeable improvement thanks to her attentiveness and dedication. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes the extra mile to make sure concerns are handled efficiently and with kindness. Her communication is excellent, and she always makes me feel heard and valued. Portola at Centennial Hills is fortunate to have someone like Karime on their team.
