I relocated to Las Vegas and had to do my entire apartment search online and virtual. The entire process was seamless and informative. Great Place to live and loved the apartment and community. Definitely a 5 star experience.

This place is wonderful. I have 2 kids and a dog, which led me to want to find a safe and quiet area to live in when I moved to Nevada. This place checked every box I had. From the friendly office to the relaxing atmosphere surrounding these apartments, I genuinely feel there isn’t a better place to choose to live. Considering I looked at no less than 15 options ranging from Summerlin to Aliante to Centennial Hills, I hope this says something. Anyone placing a review under 5 stars most likely isn’t taking advantage of the opportunity to live in such a beautiful spot in Nevada. Maybe they aren’t paying rent on time, maybe they don’t want a quiet area with delicious pizza 40 steps away. Who knows? I hope whoever sees this review understands the community here is what you want, but also most likely what your family needs. If you don’t believe me, give it a tour. I did, now here I am, posting a review to try and help anyone else who might be in the situation I was in.

Low key. Phenomenal service! Could easily have mini ventures around the apartments with great places within walking distance. No need to drink and drive.. Very friendly environment. Geneva is the best! Definitely ask for her when touring.

Shout out to front office team member Geneva, she is by far the best! She treats you like family and made our move in process smooth when relocating from out of state. I enjoy the location of the community, it’s walking distance to coffee shop, food, and the grocery stores like sprouts and Albertsons. If your stationed at Creech AFB this is definitely the place to be. Thank you Brownstone for making our time with you the best.

My wife and I were one of the first residents that move here to Brownstone and we have absolutely loved it! We have everything within walking distance from grocery stores, dry cleaner, coffee shop, also a hair salon for my wife to walk to when she wants to. Brownstone is a very pet friendly community if you love your dog like we do our Alexis, you will enjoy the park which is right outs your front door. We moved from out of state and the whole process was definitely easy. We haven't had any issue besides the normal stuff in a brand new apartment but every time we’ve had an issue it was taken care of swiftly by Vince. Regarding the office staff, Crystal the manager is very nice and we enjoy our conversations at resident events. But Let me tell about about my girl Geneva she is our go to for everything since we moved in over a year ago. She is so sweet and a caring person and always goes above and beyond for us. she will take care of all your needs when your looking for a new place to call home.

I just relocated from LA and I can honestly say I'm most definitely happy about my choice of location . The community is super safe, kid friendly, quiet, and a great space to walk around for fresh air with many place within arms reach nearby from food places/restaurants, fine entertainment to grocery stores, cleaners and retail stores. It’s definitely a gem!

Geneva is amazing. Gives informative tours while keeping it fun and acts quick while assisting me in submitting my application. Got approved same day! Unheard of.
