We absolutely love living here! Brandy and Geneva in the front office are always friendly and truly passionate about getting to know the residents. They always have refreshments available in the office and even have treats for our dog! Robert is both kind and efficient, two qualities that are beyond wonderful for maintenance staff. The entire property is always clean and it’s so nice being across the street from the park. Our individual apartment unit is always quiet. We will not be moving anytime soon!

My husband and I move to Nevada from another state, and the brownstone leasing office was so much help getting us an apartment (Geneva specifically). We’ve lived here for a little over a month now and the apartment itself is amazing, the building management is so nice. We love it!

Brownstone has great living conditions and very neat apartment layouts. The leasing agents are friendly and have great days planned for the neighborhood to get together and have fun. Living here is the place to be for a comfortable affordable housing.

I’ve lived here since March 22. I can say that the maintenance issues here are resolved asap thanks to Robert, the awesome maintenance guy.. might I add, he is the one and only maintenance person here, so to get things fixed in a timely manner you would think would be quite the challenge, but he’s on it. I’ve been without hot water on 3 separate occasions, and all times he has arrived within 2 hours or less, and fixed it. 5 stars for Robert!

Maintenance pro Mike, very perfessional also friendly, very quick with responding along with maintaining the integrity of his work, took his time to double check that every thing was working properly and correctly . And the management there are so friendly always involved and informative with any events or strange activities if any to keep us updated. Everytime I go into the office, again greeted and a friendly conversation with snacks if needed. Great TEAM!
