APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Las Vegas

My wife and I were one of the first residents that move here to Brownstone and we have absolutely loved it! We have everything within walking distance from grocery stores, dry cleaner, coffee shop, also a hair salon for my wife to walk to when she wants to. Brownstone is a very pet friendly community if you love your dog like we do our Alexis, you will enjoy the park which is right outs your front door. We moved from out of state and the whole process was definitely easy. We haven't had any issue besides the normal stuff in a brand new apartment but every time we’ve had an issue it was taken care of swiftly by Vince. Regarding the office staff, Crystal the manager is very nice and we enjoy our conversations at resident events. But Let me tell about about my girl Geneva she is our go to for everything since we moved in over a year ago. She is so sweet and a caring person and always goes above and beyond for us. she will take care of all your needs when your looking for a new place to call home.

I just relocated from LA and I can honestly say I'm most definitely happy about my choice of location . The community is super safe, kid friendly, quiet, and a great space to walk around for fresh air with many place within arms reach nearby from food places/restaurants, fine entertainment to grocery stores, cleaners and retail stores. It’s definitely a gem!

Geneva is amazing. Gives informative tours while keeping it fun and acts quick while assisting me in submitting my application. Got approved same day! Unheard of.

I have been here for 1 year now and I have no complaints to report about nobody or anything. I just renewed for another year because I love it so much and I am comfortable! The office staff goes above and beyond for me when needed

The maintenance guy Robert at brownstone is one of the best and gets the job done quickly and professional and I have never had to wait more than 5 hours before my request is completed. He is very prompt and professional I highly recommend Robert he is actually the best maintenance guy thus far. Kudos Robert you do an amazing job and thanks for the great service. Unit 138.

I am looking to rent in a good area. I had a tour in this apartments. It was very pleasant thanks to Crystal Ilene she answered all my questions. Very beautiful and great staff. Loved the costumer service.
